Privacy notice

Who we are

Fraconomy is a Singapore-based business that matches companies with fractional executives. This notice covers fraconomy.com, sg.fraconomy.com, us.fraconomy.com, eu.fraconomy.com, me.fraconomy.com and news.fraconomy.com.

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where the EU or UK GDPR, or a US state privacy law, applies to you, we also honour the rights those laws give you.

What we collect

Briefs and profiles. When you draft a brief or an operator profile: your name, work email, company or LinkedIn, and what you write about your situation.

Waitlists. For Europe and the Middle East: your email, and optionally your name, company, whether you are a company or an operator, and a short note.

The Fraconomy Note. Your email and name if you subscribe.

Privacy requests. What you send us through the form on this page.

Technical data. Your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider logs to keep the service running and secure, and the country it indicates, which we use only to suggest a market. We do not store it against your name.

How we use it

To draft your brief or profile, reply to you, find and introduce suitable operators or companies, send you the Note if you asked for it, contact you when a waitlisted market opens, and answer privacy requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run the service for us, under their terms: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email) and AI model providers (xAI, and Anthropic through Vercel's AI Gateway) that draft briefs and profiles from the text you type. When we introduce you to an operator or a company, we share your brief with them, and only with your go-ahead.

Some of these providers process data outside Singapore, including in the United States. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Cookies

We set one cookie, fx_region, only when you choose a market, so we can take you straight to it next time. It lasts a year. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Briefs and profiles: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Waitlist entries: until the market opens and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. The Note: until you unsubscribe. Hosting logs: as set by our hosting provider, usually days to weeks.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent and have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from the Note from any issue. Depending on where you live you may also be able to object to processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, or complain to your data protection authority (in Singapore, the PDPC).

Changes

If we change this notice we update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the relevant site.
